It allows the full flavour, colour and nutritional value to be retained without the use of preservatives, but more importantly, it allows the shelf life of food to be extended in a natural way. As a result, it has become the subject of many conversations with visitors. In an era of growing consumer awareness, freeze-dried products are rapidly gaining popularity. Consumers are increasingly looking for healthy, organic and natural alternatives to traditional food preservation methods.
