On 7-8 September 2024, the 2nd Polish Food Festival #ShopMindfully took place at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw – an event that has become a permanent fixture in the calendar of Polish food lovers. This unique event, which brought together hundreds of people, aimed to raise consumer awareness of Polish food products certified under national and EU quality schemes, as well as products distinguished by the origin of their raw materials or production methods. For us as a manufacturer of freeze-dried foods and food supplements – WPPH Elena – it was an excellent opportunity to present our innovative products, as well as talk to consumers about the benefits of choosing healthy, natural products and the advantages of the freeze-drying process.
Freeze-dried Food – Innovative Technology
Our stand attracted a lot of interest from both health-conscious food lovers and industry professionals.
Freeze-drying, also called lyophilisation, is a process that every supporter of healthy food should be familiar with. It allows the full flavour, colour and nutritional value to be retained without the use of preservatives, but more importantly, it allows the shelf life of food to be extended in a natural way. As a result, it has become the subject of many conversations with visitors. In an era of growing consumer awareness, freeze-dried products are rapidly gaining popularity. Consumers are increasingly looking for healthy, organic and natural alternatives to traditional food preservation methods. Freeze-dried fruit and vegetables such as raspberries, strawberries and green peas could be sampled at our stand.
Food Supplements – a Holistic Approach to Health
In addition to freeze-dried foods, we also showcased our range of food supplements that complement a healthy lifestyle at the festival. Our range includes natural formulations that support different aspects of health – from improving joints, skin, nails and hair, to supporting digestion and overall vitality. Visitors to the festival were able to find out more about our supplements and talk to our experts who were on hand to help them choose the best products for their individual needs.
Direct Contact with Consumers – Our Priority
One of the greatest benefits of participating in the festival was the opportunity to interact directly with consumers. Thanks to the event, we were able not only to present our range of products, but also to make contact with people who care about their health and make conscious choices about healthy and natural products.
