INGREDIENTS: lyophilised fruits: strawberry, cranberry, raspberry; 10% lyophilised fish collagen (collagen, elastin, collagen amino acids, elastin amino acids, lactic acid); lyophilised goat’s milk; lyophilised mare’s milk; vitamin C.
Each sachet contains 500 mg of lyophilised collagen.
Pour the contents of one sachet into approximately 50 ml (¼ cup) of boiled, lukewarm water. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until a uniform suspension is obtained. Consume immediately after preparation. It is recommended to take 1 serving (1 sachet) every other day. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 sachet) per day.
