Liophylisates

Lyophilization (freeze drying) – the newest and the most healthy method of food preservation!

For the fact that over years we are powered by the passion for healthy lifestyle we use an innovative method of preserving food products. With no redundant additives and chemical substances, in a healthy way. The process is based on freezing for example a fruit and putting it into the process of sublimation. In other words, water present in a fruit’s, vegetable’s or ther product’s structure is first freezed and next converted into gaseous state.

Owoce i warzywa liofilizowane

Lyophilizated products persevere full composition of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

It is estimated that each of created products remains original in 95% due to the fact that the process takes place in sterile conditions, with no additives or preservatives. Additionaly, each product is cleaned from bacteria possibly present in a fresh one. Feel free to make yourself familiar with our wide offer of available variants and nutritional values in them.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the wide range of available variants and the nutritional values they contain.

Thanks to an exceptional composition of natural compounds raspberries have an antiphlogistic and antibacterial effect. These fruits effectively protect us against various infections caused by viruses or bacteria.

Raspberries dried by methods of lyophilization keep most of the features of freshly picked up fruits but this is not the end of their advantages.

Lyophilized „dried by frost” fruits are more crispy and distinct in taste that is why we can enjoy the taste of summer even off season. Lyophilized „dried by frost” fruits are incredibly light which makes an amout of 30 to 50 g a big package. They are a perfect alternative for not so healthy sweets or other highly processed snacks. You can take a package of lyophilized fruits as lunch to school or to work… this is a great healthy snack.

We used approximately 700g** of fresh raspberries to produce 100g of freeze-dried raspberries.
