Banana

Fresh bananas contain all of the most important vitamins – A, C, E, K and those from group B. They are also rich in fiber and mineral elements – magnesium, phosporus and calcium. But the most plentiful element is potassium. In an average banana of approximately 100g there is as much as 358 mg of potassium. This facts helps bananas to make it to the top of the list of products containing the most of this pressure lowering element. Fresh bananas contain a lot of pectins and due to this fact protect against cholesterl level increase in blood. Despite of high calorific value bananas can be ingredients of slimming diets. Fresh chives is characterized by low calorific value and is a source of vitamins and elements precious for our health. Chives is abundant in vitamin K which strenghtens bones, vitamin C which enhances immunity, vitamin A and folates which influence positively on nervous system. Chives contain potassium, zink, copper and manganese. Potassium supports proper functioning of muscles. Zink helps to mantain correct fertility and reproductive capacity, influences healthy bones, hair, nails, skin and helps to mantain proper vision. Copper facilitates hair and nail pigmentation. Fresh redcurrant fruits have not only pro-health but also caring properties. Due to high pectine content they control sugar and cholesterol levels in blood and thanks to polyphenols they alleviate menstrual pains. On the other hand elements such as vitamin C, PP, iron and tannins have astringent, tonid and antibacterial effects and this is why they are recommended to individuals who struggle with acid and oily complexion.

Apricot
Lyophilized apricot is dried by means of a special method of lyophilization colloquially called „drying by frost” thanks to which fruit maintain most of their nutritional values, shape, colour, whereas taste and smell are more distinct. Lyophilized redcurrant contains 100% of fruit and no additives.
Fresh apricots contain fiber, flawonoids, tannins, pectines, organic acids (including among others ciric acid, malic acid and tartaric acid), vitamins – vitamin A, vitamins from group B (vitamin B3 among others) and vitamin C and minerals – phosphorus, potassium, calcium and iron. Carotenoids and big amounts of potassium (300mg in 100g!) regulate functioning of the circulatory system by lowering blood pressure and help to remove „bad” cholesterol from blood. It cleans kidneys and improves their work. Fresh apricot contain significant amounts of iron so they are recommended for people with anaemia. They also have hematopoietic functions. They are rich in vitamin C, protect against having a cold and strenghtens the body, they contain vitamins from group B and vitamin PP. Thanks to alkaline-producing effect apricot helps to cure hyperacidity and prevents problem related to liver and gallbladder functioning.
Apricot dried by methods of lyophilization keep most of the features of freshly picked up fruits but this is not the end of their advantages.
