It is estimated that lyophilisate is 95% of the original raw material, thanks to the fact that the process is performed under sterile conditions, without any additives or preservatives.
Lyophilisates are occasionally purified from bacteria that may be present in fresh raw material. As a company we started 26 years ago from freeze-drying of meat and soups, and today we process most fresh products: fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and spices, and even fish collagen. We are the only company in Europe with veterinary supervision over the processing of meat and dairy products.
